Just be Mama Yo Balance - Shatavari Milk / Drink Mix (100 gms)

Sometimes, there is nothing as good as au naturale!  So, keeping this in mind, the milk mix is made with just Shatavari. And nothing else. ?

When added to milk, it results in a nourishing, rejuvenating tonic for Mama that promotes hormonal balance and has also been known to aid lactation, as per Ayurveda.? ?

We ve not sweetened the milk mix from our end. You can add a bit of jaggery powder or honey to elevate the taste or can enjoy it as is.?

How & When to eat it:

Add a teaspoon of this to a glass of warm milk and have it as a soothing nightcap! You will be able to feel the difference. ?

P.S It has a mild taste of nothing. Try it once without additives and let us know if you liked it.
